These terms are the supplier agreement for The Complete US LLC Compliance Manual (the “Guide”), provided by Apex Compliance Labs (“we”, “us”). By completing checkout you agree to these terms and our Refund Policy.
1. Who you buy from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
That wording is the disclosure Paddle requires on seller terms (Paddle customer handbook). Checkout is run by Paddle. You purchase the Guide from Paddle. Apex Compliance Labs licenses the Guide to you after that purchase. This matches how Paddle describes the relationship in its Checkout Buyer Terms and help centre: Paddle processes the order and payment; we supply the digital product.
Your payment contract is with Paddle under Paddle’s Buyer Terms (also published as Checkout Buyer Terms). Your card or statement may show Paddle. Sales tax / VAT on the sale is handled by Paddle as merchant of record, as Paddle explains here.
2. The product
The Guide is a PDF for information and learning. It walks through Forms 5472, 1120, and BE-13 for foreign-owned US LLCs. It is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. We do not represent you before the IRS, the BEA, FinCEN, or any state. Filing rules depend on your facts. Using the Guide does not create a client relationship with Apex Compliance Labs.
After Paddle confirms the order, we deliver the PDF (typically by download or email link). You get a personal licence to use the Guide. You may not resell, share publicly, or republish it.
3. Price
The listed price on this site is USD 29.99 unless we show another amount at checkout. The amount you pay at Paddle Checkout, including any tax Paddle charges, is the price of the Transaction. Paddle, as merchant of record, may set the price presented at checkout, as stated in Paddle’s Master Services Agreement.
4. Refunds
Our Refund Policy is 30 days from the order completion date. By completing checkout you agree to these terms and that Refund Policy.
5. Questions about the PDF
For questions about the Guide, email partners@apexcompliancelabs.com. We answer those messages. That is product support. It is not legal advice and not a Paddle billing request.
6. Payment problems
Invoices, receipts, tax on the charge, and payment-method issues are handled by Paddle as the seller of the Transaction. Start with your Paddle receipt or paddle.net.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above is the current version. The version in force when you bought the Guide applies to that purchase, together with Paddle’s buyer terms for that Transaction.
