Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If The Complete US LLC Compliance Manual (the “Guide”) is not for you, you may cancel or apply for a refund within 30 days of the order completion date. No forms. No questions asked.

By completing checkout and by downloading the Guide, you confirm you know you have 30 days from the order completion date to cancel or apply for a refund. This matches Paddle’s recommended practice for digital content in the Paddle customer handbook.

2. How to request a refund

Email partners@apexcompliancelabs.com within 30 days. We will tell Paddle to refund you. We do not send the money ourselves. Paddle’s seller terms require that if we agree a refund, Paddle issues it (Paddle MSA, Refunds and Chargebacks).

You may also request a refund from Paddle: use “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” in Paddle’s confirmation email, the support link on your receipt, or paddle.net (“Request refund”), as set out in Paddle’s Refund Policy and buyer refund FAQ.

If eligible, Paddle processes refunds to the original payment method where possible, typically within 14 days of approval (Paddle Refund Policy).

3. Paddle’s own refund rules

Paddle’s discretionary refund window is 14 days from the Transaction, reviewed case-by-case, with no guarantee (Paddle Refund Policy). That is Paddle’s policy if you go only to Paddle. Our promise on this site is 30 days: if you email us inside 30 days, we will tell Paddle to refund you.

Statutory consumer rights (including any withdrawal rights in Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy) are not taken away by this policy. Where local law gives you a higher right, that higher right applies, as Paddle states in its Refund Policy.

Paddle will not issue refunds where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
